Looking for a professional space to host a meeting or an event? WCAR offers competitively priced meeting rooms for members and non-members at our offices in Brentwood, Tennessee. Select either our conference room with boardroom-style setup for 20 people or one of our training rooms with a classroom-style set up for 52 people or 24 people or combine the rooms for a total of 76 seats. Rental comes with wireless Internet service and complimentary parking. Enjoy the use of our comfortable facilities including a catering kitchen, lobby area, and adjoining patio. Additionally, enhance your meeting with our economical and convenient media rental, coffee service, or alternate room setup options.
