The Williamson County Association of REALTORS® partnered with Williamson, Inc. and local community stakeholders to spearhead a comprehensive Housing Needs Assessment for Franklin, Tennessee.
Thanks to support from a National Association of REALTORS® grant, this initiative was completed at no cost to WCAR members.
The Assessment provides a comprehensive analysis of the city’s current and future housing landscape. The study examines Franklin’s demographic and economic trends, employment patterns, and key market drivers, along with the condition of both for-sale and rental housing. It evaluates factors such as transportation access, development costs, and regulatory barriers that influence housing availability, and identifies gaps in supply by income level and tenure.
By achieving these objectives, the study equips policymakers, REALTORS®, and housing advocates to better understand Franklin’s evolving market, set housing priorities, guide development and investment, and plan for future housing needs.
We’re proud to make this report available to our members as a resource to better understand the market we serve every day.
