In order to limit the exposure of our members and staff to COVID-19 the 2020 Board of Directors has made the decision starting Monday, March 16 through Friday, April 3, 2020, to cancel or postpone all classes and events. ALL registrants will receive a full refund to the card the payment was made with.

In order to provide the best service, we will continue to be answering phones, returning your emails, and responding to your requests.  

To limit exposure and provide a safe work environment Williamson County Association of REALTOR® will operate with the following limitations to members through April 3:

• Beginning Monday, March 16th, WCAR's office doors will be locked and access will be limited to staff. Staff will be present to assist and provide services to our members with limited hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST Monday through Friday.

• We recognize the need for members to continue to earn Continuing Education Credits and offer a variety of courses through The CE Shop. Click on here for more information on available courses.

• If you would like to make a purchase of a Sentrilock Lockbox, Sentricard, or board store item, you may call the association at 615-771-6845.  Staff will make all transactions over the phone and your items will be placed outside of the building during our 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST operating hours. (No items will be left overnight.)

• All committee meetings will be done via Zoom.  The Staff Liaison and Committee Chair will coordinate the meeting and notify all members of committees on a time and date to be available.

We thank you, our members, for your patience during this time of transition and for understanding as we continue to make safety and service a priority.  We will continue to update you as plans change or we begin the transition back to normal business operations, but we welcome you to reach out to us at 615-771-6845.  Thank you for being a valued member of WCAR!
