Information:

The primary objective of the 1031 Tax Deferral Strategies course is to educate real estate professionals on the benefits of using 1031 tax deferral exchanges for their clients and themselves. The course will detail the entire exchange process from start to finish, as well as covering some of the more complex applications to ensure exchanges are well received by the IRS and the entire process is fluid and complete for both the professional and the client.
