You got the listing appointment and whether it is your first or your 100th that is always an exciting appointment to make. This course is designed walk agents through the process of working with Sellers and listing a home. The steps that are involved from the time of the initial meeting with the seller through the process of getting the home listed and beyond to closing. A key focus will the importance of communication with the seller to make the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Students can choose to attend this class either virtually via Zoom or in-person in the WCAR training room.

HOW A PAPERLESS CLASSROOM WORKS: Class handouts and designation manuals will be made available in your Course Reminder email (sent 2-3 days before class) in couple of ways: PDF attachments OR emailed to you as a secure Dropbox link (used for large documents). You are encouraged to bring your device to view the material digitally or feel free to bring a printed copy for yourself.
