New Member Orientation is offered once a month and is requirement for membership of WCAR.  

When you join WCAR, you will automatically be enrolled into the first opportunity to take the course. If you are unable to attend that month, you will have the next two months to complete. As our policy states, Orientation needs to be completed within your first 90 days of membership.  

During this important training time, you will gain insight into the local association as well as complete the required NAR Code of Ethics Training in order to be designated as a REALTOR® - this portion of Orientation is a 3 hour CE credit course called "Because It's The Right Thing To Do."

Only WCAR staff can register new members for this class. Please call the office if you have any questions!
